Appearance ; Summer has a very odd appearance, she looks and dresses as a jester or joker, matching her sociopath-like personality. With her bright lavender hair reaching below her bottom, blending in with her lavender kitten-like ears. Her right eye is of a amethyst colour whilst the left is red. Summer wears a small very dark-red top hat with a rose upon it, on her head. A ribbon around her neck, attached to a large bell, resting on her white blouse. Summer rolls up the sleeves of her blouse to just below the elbow, and she wears a vest over the blouse, with golden buttons and a blood-like colour. Upon her hands lie three metal claws on each.
Personality ; Summer has a sadistic personality, often expressing joy at the expense of others' suffering. Her twisted personality is possibly the result of fighting to stay alive during her early years in her home district. As a result, she has no qualms about remorselessly slaughtering humans and ghouls alike, and shows happiness when inflicting pain on others. Like many ghouls, she is able to compartmentalize her ghoul and human alter egos with relative ease.
Summer is also very mysterious and mischeavious, whilst she can be playful and use humour much like a jester, she always has a reason behind it, as if to gain the trust of someone she will murder later, or to seem innocent.
She appears to be quite playful and ditzy at times but don't let it fool you as she is as unpredictable and twisted as one can come. She doesn't care for other feelings.
Like her mother, Summer has a very sharp intuition about the feelings and desires of people, which she exploits to the fullest when dealing with her victims and manipulating others to do her bidding.
SKILLS/ABILITIES
Weapon ; More true to her ghoul nature, she doesn't carry around any kind of weapon, however, her hands do contain claws which she uses to cut open her victims during battles before watching them bleed to death.
Abilities ; Summer is capable of many abilities, all themed after manipulation.
Decoy ; Summer is able to summon a decoy, it acts, moves, and attacks just as the real Summer would, and one couldn't tell the difference between the decoy and the real Summer, making it impossible to tell if one is fighting the real Summer if Summer summons the decoy without anyone seeing and staying behind to watch the fight.
Invisibility ; Summer is able to go invisible for a short period of time, but she isn't actually going invisible, she creates an illusion in front of her opponents and manipulates their minds, making them think she is invisible.
Darkness ; Summer is able to change the environment around the battle, making it seem as if they are fighting in a dark cloud, so they cannot see one feet and on from where they stand. Combining this technique with invisibility causes side affects on her victims, making them feel dizzy and confused.
One-eyed Owl ; Summer is the One-Eyed Owl, meaning, her true form is not that of a human/ghoul. She is able to transform into her true-form whenever she wishes, however, it uses a lot of energy/mana and she isn't able to stay in this form for a long period of time. This form is to fight off multiple people, especially the CCG. She gains damage resistence and large blades for her arms, as well as multiple tentacles on her back which are all capable of slaughtering others or defending her.
BACKGROUND
Summer was born a hybrid-human and ghoul being as her father was a ghoul, but her mother was a mortal human. Her mother had hoped Summer would turn out to be fully human and not what her father was. However, since birth, the pair knew Summer was a mixture of both and the mother disliked the idea. It wasn't long before the mother began to learn more about ghouls ; She did love her husband more than anything, however she began to notice what these ghouls were doing to innocent people. As rumours spread about ghouls forming organizations in order to terrorize civilians and the CCG. Her mother, Ukima, took it into her own interest to join up into the CCG. However, because her mother had secretly been investigating the organization "V", formed by Summer's father, they forced Yoshi to kill his lover as punishment for "betraying" them. In order to protect his infant daughter from them, Yoshi entrusted her to the care of a Ghoul known as Noro and left her in the 24th Ward with her mother's diary.
It is unknown what exactly happened to her in the following decade or so, but she would emerge randomly as one of the leaders of the Aogiri Tree. However, it is said she came from a very poor background, especially after being given up to Noro, as she had to live the life of a scrapper to get by, being a thief. With Noro being her guidance, she began planning attacks against the CCG, blaming them for the death of her mother and father, as she was told her father was also killed.
It wasn't long before Summer became a well-known ghoul amongst the CCG community, and her ranking went from N/A to SSS in just a few months, causing massive casualties to the CCG. Becoming one of the most wanted Ghouls on their list, and being named the One-Eyed Owl for her one plumage-like Kagune.
Now, running the most exclusive and dangerous ghoul organization, she is very dangerous and unpredictable. Being on the CCG's watchlist as they try to study and learn more about her, as almost everything about her is unknown besides what they could gather during her attacks.
